MaxMath will do everything possible to deliver your order as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days (Monday through Friday) excluding holidays. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer shipping services through DHL to most countries in the world. It is the responsibility of the customer to take care of all duties, taxes and fees (including VAT) associated with the shipment once customers item reaches his/her country. When you place the order you become the importer of record and the package will not be released to you until all fees are paid. MaxMath is not responsible for any fees imposed by your country’s custom which may include transfer and storage fees. If you refuse the shipment and the package is returned to us you will be refunded for the purchase price of the goods less the shipping costs.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

MaxMath does not provide return shipping labels and shipping charges for returned item(s) are the customers responsibility. The address for return can be found on your invoice included with your package. Product that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. MaxMathre serves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in our sole discretion.
Please contact us before you return any item and If you wish to receive a refund to your credit card/PayPal you will be refunded less the original shipping amount. Please note it can take up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process returns and therefore your patience is appreciated. Ensure you email us with a description of your case
A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange your product for a different product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item.

TRANSPORT DAMAGE

If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.

UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

For packages that are not picked up at your post office within 06 days, MaxMath reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies’ administrative costs.
MaxMath reserves the right to alter and modernize this policy at any time at its discretion.
